They changed my timing belt, and ran into unexpected trouble with the tensioner (the part was made incorrectly) and stayed until long after closing on a Friday to make sure I had my car back the same day, as they had originally said they would. This was especially helpful because I come into town for work from 55 miles away, so my options were limited.

We have a commute ourselves so we more than understand the importance of a dependable vehicle. We strive to do whatever is needed to get the job done and are more than happy to hear of your satisfaction.

We've been taking our vehicles to Autotron for 30 years and have never had bad service. They stand by their work, keep excellent records of what repairs our cars have needed, and get the work done within the time and cost estimates they have given. I don't take my vehicles to anyone else.

I brought my pickup in because my battery kept going dead. I was expecting to need a minimum of a new alternator. After checking everything, it was realized that the belt was too loose and not spinning the alternator at a level necessary to charge the battery. The belt now needed to be replaced. Instead of charging me for a new one, they used one I had sitting inside my truck. They could have charged me for a new belt, even installing a new alternator and I would probably been happy that it was nothing more serious. Instead, I was only charged a minimal amount of labor to replace and adjust the belt. It is so nice to see that a little honesty and integrity is still alive.

I've been going to these guys since I moved to Pleasanton. They don't do anything you don't personally authorize. They show you, if necessary exactly what needs repairing and can explain why in laymen's terms. They are punctual, courteous, and always offer me a lift if they keep the car for an extended period of time.In short, they rock!

I made an apointment on Wednesday and Jenny took me back home so that I could be at my water exercise class in Livermore by 8:30 a.m. the work was done to my satisfaction by late afternoon and Jenny came and got me to pick up the car. I thought the price was very reasonable. Chris also filled up my windshield wiper fluid on my van at no cost. I really appreciated that. I would highly recommend AutoTron to my friends.
