I received the most fantastic treatment from Autotron yesterday. My driver seatback, which has a motor to change the forward-back, up-down position, got stuck. It would go forward but not back to the desired distance from the steering wheel. After trying 3 times to get it to move, I was forced to squeeze in between the steering wheel and seatback, hoping I didn't get rear-ended on the way home to cause the airbag to deploy. After calling several auto repair shops, I found Autotron in the Yellow Pages. Jennifer assured me she'd take me to work while they worked on my car, would pick me up afterward and take me home if they had to keep the car overnight, and would even pick me up the next day to take me back to work again! They tried a few times to release the driver seat position while I was there to no avail but would work on it that day.At 5pm they called me at work to arrange to pick me up, telling me they couldn't find a thing wrong and that the car seemed to have fixed itself. I still expected to pay the $225 diagnostic fee she'd quoted me earlier. Even though she, Colleen and another mechanic all tried during the day to get it to work, she assured me they couldn't charge me ANYTHING as they hadn't really done a thing to the car! Plus, their invoice referred to me as "guest," rather than customer, demonstrating even further the level of respect they have in their business practices. Since they refused to charge me for their time, the only way I can repay them is by giving this glowing review. I'll definitely be using them in the future!
