Colleen joined the team a few years ago and she is a ROCK STAR. She is the epitome of customer service - has routinely gone above and beyond. Seriously. Car repairs can be stressful. They can be expensive. I am grateful to not have any additional worry because they are always professional and try to help me make the best decisions.

Scheduling the appointment was painless; Dropping off the car and being shuttled back and forth to my home was excellent. Car was returned clean. Will need to wait a week to judge the results of the work performed. Initial feedback is the professionalism displayed by the Autotron staff was excellent. Called to see if they could do a pre purchase inspection on a used vehicle I was considering. Not only did they accommodate me that day, but did so for no charge! And not just a walk around inspection, they really took the time to give me an honest review and opinion. Colleen at the front desk is a delight. Just found my new "go to" auto repair in Pleasanton!
