Autotron is amazing! They are friendly, reasonably priced and do fantastic work, not to mention are pretty quick about getting parts to fix your car/truck. We've been going to Autotron so many years, it's like a little family. Great people!

The service we received was of the highest quality. Chris and Ryan are very conscientious. We will continue to use Autotron in the future and have recommended them to our friends. I voted for Autotron in the Best of Pleasanton ballot.

After two years of issues with my steering column emitting small tendrils of smoke and research on the source to no avail, Autotron put together why the smoke was there. After only one day, the new parts were all in place and the car was ready before I was even off of work! Another great job!!

I don't actually have anything to draw me out to Pleasanton, but spent a delightful afternoon at a cafe in downtown. When they called me to tell me the car was ready I asked them to pick me up so I didn't have to make the 2 mile walk back - I was accommodated immediately and with grace! Since getting my car back it runs better than it has in months and performs like a champ.

Repairs were done quickly and for less than the estimated price. Even better, they figured out how to use the upgraded parts that I provdided.

It was a refreshing experience to be greated and treated like a guest from the time you walked in the door until you walked out with a complete explaination of the work done and what may be needed at a later service, all this without any "hard sell".
